2 Plans available for substitution are limited to publicly available plans that are still offered by Rogers, Primus and your local incumbent telephone company. Some exclusions apply. Where your current plan is not available, a similar plan will be suggested.

4 Service is available for calls originating from Canada within local calling area of access numbers. Additional minutes will be charged at $0.05/min. airtime/local rates, roaming and/or other costs, if applicable under your cell phone company's wireless plan, are extra. These costs will not be covered by the Talk & Save program. If these costs apply to your wireless plan, you must continue to pay them directly to your wireless provider.
